Weigh in day & weekly gym report - 4/13/07

I went to the gym 3 times this week.

I was not thrilled with this month's progress, but not upset about it either.

This month I:
Gained 2 inches! WTF??
Lost/Gained 0 pounds
Lost 1.20% body fat. Yay!

I am not happy about gaining 2 inches. But I am happy about losing 1.20% body fat. Does that mean that I gained some muscle? Is that why the inches are up and the body fat is down? I am ok with gaining muscle as long as it doesn't make me look bigger! Tune in next month and hopefully the results will be better!

Where did you gain those inches? Have you been answering those spam emails?

Good job on the fat % loss! That's the most important thing i think.
