Weekly Gym Updates


I am now highly motivated to lose some weight and get into better shape. I am totally inspired by one of my friends who is super dedicated to getting in shape and she is doing a great job. You know who you are! If I can do half as well as she is I will be really happy.

Last week I went to the gym three times and that is my goal from now on. I am also going to try to take walks on the days I am not at the gym. At my gym I get weighed and measured on the 16th of every month.

Every Monday check back here for a progress report. It should look something like this:
I went to the gym 3 times last week!

Every month on the 16th, look for a blog post like this:
This month I lost:
x pounds
x total inches
x percent body fat

Thanks for posting this. I was going to bag working out last night, but after i read this i thought, "if Ash can make it the gym, so can i". Look forward to seeing your acheivements!!! Hopefully I can do the same :)
